Job responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive exhibitions strategy aligned with organizational goals, creative direction and financial objectives
- Guide the conceptual development of exhibitions from idea to installation, ensuring compelling narratives and immersive visitor journeys
- Collaborate with curators, artists and external partners to create exhibitions that connect with diverse audiences
- Oversee end-to-end project management, including planning, timelines and on-time delivery
- Manage exhibition budgets with a focus on cost-effectiveness and ROI
- Build and expand strategic partnerships to strengthen and grow the exhibitions business
- Develop a robust pipeline of exhibitions across verticals and branches
- Create new themes, media tie-ups and engagement formats with partners
- Own P&L and lead process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and profitability
Preferred Candidate:
- 18-20 years of proven experience in leading and managing exhibitions
- Strong expertise in P&L ownership and financial accountability
- Skilled in engaging and influencing senior-level stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale exhibition functions from the ground up
