Job Description : The Events & Experiences Lead will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of all events, IPs, and experiential offerings. This high-impact role blends strategic thinking, business development, and operational excellence, with ownership of revenue growth, client relationships, team performance, and innovation in high-value travel experiences.

Description:
Business Development & Partnerships:
- Lead the sports experiences vertical, designing immersive offerings for the company.
- Build and nurture alliances with brands, talent, and stakeholders in India and Internationally.
- Collaborate internally to craft tailored, high-impact experiences.
Client Management & Engagement:
- Introduce innovative experiential formats to elevate the company's sports portfolio.
- Incorporate feedback to continuously improve offerings.
Event Planning & Execution:
- Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of events, both on-ground and online.
- Manage vendors, talent, logistics, and merchandise.
- Ensure compliance with budgets, timelines, and internal processes.
- Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to maximise engagement.
Profile:
Profile & Skills Required:
- Proven experience in events or experiential marketing, with high-value IPs.
- Strong business development acumen with revenue ownership.
- Exceptional client relationship and project management skills.
- Leadership experience
- Strategic thinker with P&L understanding and growth mindset.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
