Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Events to lead end-to-end planning and execution of Impacteers' events ecosystem. This role will focus on campus events, career fairs, employer branding activations, webinars, and large-scale engagement programs that enhance user acquisition, partner engagement, and placement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Strategy & Planning

- Define and execute the overall events strategy aligned with platform growth goals

- Design scalable event formats (online, offline, hybrid) such as:

- Career fairs & hiring drives

- Campus engagement programs

- Industry webinars & masterclasses

- Mentorship sessions & networking events

- Build an annual events calendar across colleges, corporates, and communities

2. Campus & Corporate Collaboration

- Partner with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), colleges, and universities to conduct placement and awareness events

- Collaborate with corporates for recruitment drives, employer branding, and talent pipeline creation

- Drive MOUs and long-term partnerships with institutions

3. Execution & Operations

Lead end-to-end execution of events:

- Planning, logistics, vendor management, budgets

- Speaker/mentor onboarding

- Event marketing and promotions

- Ensure high-quality delivery and seamless participant experience

4. Platform Integration

- Leverage Impacteers platform features such as:

- Job opportunities & talent pool

- Mentorship and learning pathways

- AI-based career tools to convert event participants into active users and hires

5. Community & Engagement

- Build and nurture a strong student, alumni, mentor, and recruiter community

- Drive engagement via events to increase platform adoption

- Create interactive and value-driven experiences (competitions, hackathons, leagues, etc.)

6. Data & Performance Tracking

Define KPIs such as:

- Event participation & engagement

- Conversion to job applications / hires

- Partner satisfaction

- Use insights to continuously optimize event formats and ROI

7. Team Leadership

- Build and manage the Events Team across regions

- Coordinate with marketing, partnerships, and product teams

- Ensure cross-functional alignment and execution excellence

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 6-10+ years of experience in Events, Campus Engagement, or EdTech/HRTech ecosystems

Strong exposure to:

- Campus hiring / university relations

- Large-scale event management

- Corporate partnerships

- Proven experience in handling both B2C (students) and B2B (corporates/colleges)

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach

- Experience in startups or high-growth environments is a plus
