Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee implementation of anti-corruption controls and support risk assessments and remediation actions.
- Manage third-party compliance, conflicts of interest, and approvals for Gifts, Hospitality, and Donations.
- Lead Ethics & Compliance training and awareness initiatives to promote a strong Speak Up culture.
- Coordinate key activities within the Ethics & Compliance Representative (ECR) network.
- Conduct and support investigations into compliance-related matters.
