- Lead corporate clients through the full impact lifecycle of Orange BondsTM, focusing on embedding robust impact frameworks, monitoring systems, and reporting mechanisms throughout the process.

- Lead the impact-focused pre-issuance work by conducting in-depth ESG and gender-lens diagnostics for corporate issuers and their supply chains.

- This includes mapping bond proceeds to SDG 5 (Gender Equality), SDG 13 (Climate Action), national SDG roadmaps, and Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs).

- Develop tailored Impact Frameworks and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) matrices aligned with Orange Bond Principles, IFC Performance Standards, and relevant green/social bond guidelines.

- Collaborate closely with Innovative Finance team, which leads transaction structuring and oversees external review processes such as Second-Party Opinions (SPOs) and credit ratings, to ensure alignment between financial structuring and impact commitments.

- Deliverables include the Orange Impact Framework, baseline data packs generated via IntelligenceTM, and investor-ready impact sections for offering materials.

- Ensure Orange SealTM certification criteria are embedded for qualifying suppliers and value-chain partners.

- Validate KPI frameworks to ensure alignment with market standards such as the ASEAN Taxonomy and EU Taxonomy.

- Work closely with internal teams to maintain coherence between transaction design and impact strategy.

- Deploy ValuesTM to capture and monitor real-time impact data from issuers and their supply chains.

- Produce annual Impact Reports and investor dashboards, and proactively flag deviations in KPIs to recommend corrective actions and continuous improvement measures.

Market & Policy Feedback:

- Utilize aggregated Orange BondTM impact data to advise regulators, exchanges, and policymakers on sustainable finance frameworks and taxonomy evolution.

- Publish thematic insights and thought leadership pieces to inform policy development and spotlight corporate leadership in advancing gender equality and climate resilience.

- Integration of Assessment and Analytics Platforms.

- Integrate ValuesTM and IntelligenceTM into all advisory mandates to ensure robust ESG and impact analytics, monitoring, and reporting.
