Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional to join our team as the Head of Implementation.
This role requires a Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification and a proven track record of 10 to 15 years of experience in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation Leadership:
- Lead the implementation of ERP solutions for the manufacturing industries.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring timely and successful deployment of ERP systems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables.
Functional Expertise:
- Provide expert guidance on hotel-specific terminology, processes, and best practices.
- Ensure ERP solutions are tailored to meet the unique needs of the hospitality industry.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to continuously enhance ERP offerings.
Client Engagement:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during and after implementation.
Project Management:
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or roadblocks.
- Ensure projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget.
Team Leadership:
- Mentor and guide a team of implementation specialists and consultants.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify opportunities for team development.
Technical Proficiency:
- Utilize advanced knowledge of ERP systems and Excel to support implementation and reporting needs.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within ERP systems.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in the hotels or hospitality industry.
- Extensive knowledge of hotel terminology, procedures, and best practices.
- Proven experience in ERP implementation and project management.
- Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
