Team Development

- Build, mentor, and expand the equity research analyst team

- Establish research processes, quality controls, and analyst development programs

- Foster collaboration between fundamental research and quantitative analytics teams

External Engagement

- Serve as the public voice for equity markets in media and investor forums

- Conduct webinars, client briefings, and thought leadership initiatives
