Head - Equity Capital Markets - Investment Banking - CA/IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

Responsibilities:

- Leadership and Strategy.

- Develop and execute the ECM strategy in alignment with overall business objectives and market trends.

- Provide strong leadership to the ECM team, setting goals, monitoring performance, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- Deal Origination and Execution.

- Oversee the origination, structuring, and execution of equity transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, block trades, and convertible securities.

- Work closely with the investment banking team, legal, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless deal execution.

- Client Relationship Management.

- Market Research and Analysis.

- Team Development and Collaboration.

- Risk Management.

Relevant Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills innovation - able to identify creative solutions in the face of complex problems.

- Proactive, motivated, and goal-oriented self-starter

- The ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks.

- Investment banking experience (ECM, IB Coverage)

- Financial modelling experience (operating models, financing models, merger models, LBO)

Qualification: MBA from a top tier school/ CA/ CFA
