Head - Equity Capital Market Execution - Investment Banking

Job Description:

- Lead and oversee the execution of all Equity Capital Markets transactions from mandate to successful completion.

- Provide strategic direction on transaction structuring, execution approach and regulatory matters.

- Drive execution governance, resource allocation and delivery across multiple live mandates.

- Build and maintain senior relationships with promoters, CXOs, legal advisors, auditors, registrars, stock exchanges, SEBI and other market intermediaries.

- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, Companies Act, Listing Regulations and internal risk and governance standards.

- Partner with ECM Origination, Investment Banking, Institutional Equities and Syndication teams to support business growth and transaction execution.

- Lead, develop and mentor the ECM Execution team, fostering a high-performance culture and execution excellence.

- Establish best practices, standardize execution processes and continuously improve operational efficiency.
