Role: Head Project Construction (EPC)

Location: Kutch / Jamnagar, Gujarat

Level: VP / Senior Leadership

We are hiring a seasoned Construction Leader to drive end-to-end EPC execution of large-scale solar projects, including infrastructure and township development.

The role involves complete lifecycle ownership from site mobilization to commissioning and handover, ensuring timelines, cost, safety, and quality benchmarks are met across mega solar parks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead utility-scale solar EPC construction (multi-MW to GW scale)

- Drive site infra: roads, drainage, water systems, yards

- Oversee solar installation: MMS, modules, trackers

- Manage large workforce & labour township execution

- Ensure MEP & engineering coordination

- Drive project planning, scheduling & execution excellence

- Handle vendor/contractor management

- Ensure EHS & regulatory compliance

- Lead commissioning readiness & handover

Mandatory Requirements:

- Experience: 25+ years

- Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy ONLY

- Education: BE/BTech (Civil/Infra preferred), Electrical, Mechanical

- Role Exposure: EPC / Construction Head / Project Head

- Project Type: Utility-scale solar plants

- Lifecycle: Scratch Commissioning Execution

- Age Limit: 50years (strict)

- Location Flexibility: Open to Gujarat
