
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Enterprise Sales to lead and scale our sales operations across the US and Indian markets.
You will be responsible for building and executing go-to-market strategies, managing high-performing sales teams, and driving large enterprise deals across both geographies.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong track record of selling complex enterprise solutions, preferably in B2B tech or SaaS, and has deep market knowledge of both the US and Indian enterprise ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Leadership:
- Define and execute the enterprise sales strategy for the US and India markets.
- Lead regional sales teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, customer success, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Business Development & Revenue Growth:
- Drive new business growth by identifying and closing strategic enterprise deals.
- Cultivate executive-level relationships with clients to understand their business needs and position the company's offerings accordingly.
- Ensure consistent pipeline growth and accuracy in sales forecasting.
Team Management & Development:
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing enterprise sales team across geographies.
- Set clear performance expectations and establish a metrics-driven sales culture.
- Lead by example through active client engagement and deal participation.
Market Intelligence & GTM Execution:
- Provide insights into market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in both regions.
- Customize go-to-market approaches for regional nuances, especially for large enterprise procurement processes in the US vs India.
- Develop channel/partner strategies where appropriate to drive indirect sales.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years of enterprise/B2B sales experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas.
- Experience working in or selling into both US and India markets is a must.
- Prior experience in SaaS, enterprise tech, IT services, or digital transformation is highly preferred.
- Strong executive presence and experience managing C-level relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
