Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy & Leadership: Define and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy aligned with company goals. Identify, penetrate, and expand business across corporates, FMCG majors, retail conglomerates, logistics players, restaurant chains, Manufacturing, and smart city projects. Lead new product positioning and GTM strategy for enterprise customers.

- Revenue & Business Growth: Own the enterprise sales P&L and consistently achieve revenue and margin targets. Build a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities and manage end-to-end sales cycles. Drive cross-selling and upselling of solutions within existing enterprise accounts. Leverage relationships with OEM alliance partners to drive joint GTM activities.

- Enterprise Customer Engagement: Build CXO and senior decision-maker relationships within large accounts. Drive consultative, solution-based selling to address enterprise requirements. Ensure customer satisfaction and act as a strategic partner for enterprise clients.

- Sales Operations & Governance: Establish a robust pipeline management, forecasting, and review cadence using CRM/MIS tools. Ensure compliance with sales processes, pricing policies, and contractual obligations. Monitor sales productivity and continuously improve win rates and cycle times.

- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a pan-India enterprise sales team. Hire, structure, and scale the sales team to meet national growth objectives. Set clear performance KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and build a culture of accountability. Drive skill-building initiatives to strengthen consultative and solution-selling capabilities.

- Market Intelligence, Ecosystem & Partnerships: Track emerging industry trends, digital transformation opportunities, and competitive landscapes to shape sales strategy. Forge strategic alliances with OEMs, system integrators, and global technology partners to enhance solution offerings. Represent the company at industry forums, C-suite roundtables, and thought-leadership platforms to strengthen brand visibility and positioning.

Key Skills & Attributes:

- Expertise: Strong expertise in B2B/Enterprise Sales with a proven record of winning and growing large corporate accounts.

- Product Knowledge: Experience in selling Printers, Thermal Printers, Kiosks, or related smart hardware solutions.

- Engagement Skills: Excellent CXO-level engagement, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.

- Mindset: Strategic thinker with an execution-driven mindset.

- Leadership: Ability to build, lead, and inspire a high-performing enterprise sales team.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate in Engineering / IT / Business; MBA preferred.

- 15+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.

- Strong exposure to sectors such as FMCG, Retail, Logistics, Restaurant Chains, Manufacturing, and Smart Cities.

- Proven success in direct B2B sales.
