Head - Enterprise Risk Management - Insurance

We have urgent openings for the position of Head of Enterprise Risk Management with most of the leading Insurance companies.

Job Description :

1. Adopt, implement risk governance and risk management policies, guidelines and technical measures as per local and Group internal regulatory requirements

- Support the CEO of the Branch to set up and manage the managerial risk committee. Coordinate with relevant functions for reporting to the committee, monitor the status of mitigation actions and the response to the requests raised by CEO and the committee.

- Collaborate with senior management of the Branch and work closely with CROs as applicable to ensure high quality monitoring

2 Adopt / develop Risk Appetite Framework for the reinsurance branch

- Completion of enterprise-wise risk assessments including Own Risk and Solvency Assessment, Main Risk Self-Assessments, Emerging Risk, Sustainability Risk and submission to local Risk Committee, Risk Management.

- Conducts an annual top risk workshop with Branch management

3. Perform operational process reviews and incident reporting, including the management of all operational losses

- Perform annual risk assessment with compliance function

- Perform ICT risk and digital operational resilience monitoring and reporting;

4 Produce financial and underwriting risks assessment, monitoring and reporting as per CEO, regulatory and requirements

5 Provide risk management insights and opinions about Strategic Plan, Capital Plan (if any), investments, new business lines or business initiatives

6 Assist the CEO to manage regulatory queries and relationship as far as risk management is concerned
