Head Engineering | For a Sports Tech Company

For one of our client in the Sports Tech :.

They are on a mission to make sports more accessible by building the digital backbone for sports facilities and players across India.

Tech team is young, energetic, and full of potential but were looking for a strong leader to guide them, set up the right processes, and scale our product to the next level.

What youll own:

- Lead and manage the entire tech function strategy, execution, and delivery.

- Set up best practices for code quality, testing, deployment, and scalability.

- Architect and oversee new feature development to ensure performance and reliability.

- Mentor and upskill a young, enthusiastic team of developers.

- Collaborate closely with product and business teams to translate vision into tech solutions.

- Take ownership of system performance, security, and scalability as the company grows.

What were looking for:

- 8-12 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years leading teams.

- Strong hands-on expertise in modern tech stacks (Node.js, React, AWS, microservices, databases).

- Proven experience scaling consumer-facing or marketplace products.

- Ability to establish and enforce development best practices.

- A builders mindset comfortable switching between strategy and execution.

- Great communicator and mentor who thrives in fast-paced, growing environments.
