Job Description : - End to end ownership & delivery on product roadmap on existing back end, drive the implementation for parallel migration to MACH architecture based robust tech stack. - Works/Collaborates with technical lead on ERP & other Internal portals tech stack to create micro services based solutioning for end-to-end solutioning. - Is passionate & driven about the Digital transformation agenda & being pro-active & driving active engagement with stakeholders within the E-com Business unit & the larger organization. - Is someone who inspires the young team with innovative thinking, out of box solution, speed to market for MVP execution & and fosters a culture of failing fast & learning - Connects the dots on business requirement & technical delivery roadmap to ensure the short-term objectives are delivered on time while keeping the sight on medium to long term objectives - Align with product and org objectives, and coordinate with cross-functional teams on delivering key results. - Define long term technical roadmap for the team. - Contribute to technical decisions on projects among the product. - Ensure scalability and robustness of the platform, identifying and driving continuous improvements - Ensure company technical challenges are resolved in a timely and cost-effective manner - Embed an agile software development methodology, taking a lead to ensure a culture of continuous iteration and collaboration flows through the entire organisation. - Define the overall technology strategy and budget, leading the architecture and delivery of an in-house, scalable, e-commerce platform - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, trends, emerging technologies and software development best practices - Hire, direct, coach and inspire a high-calibre web technical team taking a hands-on approach if necessary e.g. conducting code reviews and driving release schedule
