Head - Engineering - Industrial Water & Wastewater Treatment Business

Job Description

Seeking a seasoned Engineering Leader to head the complete Engineering function for an Industrial Water & Wastewater Treatment business.

The role will oversee the full engineering value chain - including Proposal Engineering, Process Design, Detailed Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation), and Project Execution Support - ensuring technical excellence, cost optimization, and on-time project delivery.

The incumbent will serve as the technical authority across all projects, driving standardization, process optimization, innovation, and engineering governance. Strong exposure to water and wastewater technologies such as RO, UF, ETP, STP, and ZLD is essential.

The role requires deep EPC/turnkey project experience across sectors like power, steel, refinery, or process industries, along with proven leadership capability in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex client interfaces.

Experience in Industrial Projects is mandatory and should be major experience of the profile.

Ideal Candidate:

- Engineering graduate (Chemical/Mechanical/Environmental/Instrumentation), with 15-20+ years of experience in industrial water projects and at least 8 years in a leadership capacity.

- Must demonstrate strong proposal, process, and detailed engineering expertise along with strategic team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
