Head - Engineering - IIT/NIT/BITS

Core Technical Requirements:

- Engineering Focus: We are looking for a specialist in Backend/Application delivery and API scaling..

- While the candidate must understand data infrastructure, profiles that are primarily "Data Engineering" or "Data Science" focused will not be a fit.

- Tech Stack (MERN): Our current stack is Mongo, Express, React, and Node.

- We have a strong preference for candidates with deep Node.js expertise over Java or PHP.

- The candidate must be capable of leading complex system design, microservices architecture, and cloud-native strategies (AWS/GCP).

- Education: Must hold a degree in Computer Science (not IT or related fields) from a Tier-1 / Top-tier college (IIT, NIT, BITS, etc.).

- Experience Tenure: A minimum of 12-15 years of professional experience.

- Proven Scale: We are specifically looking for candidates who have worked in growth-stage startups

- Culture Fit: We need someone who has seen the "middle-to-large" scale transition, rather than someone from a very early-stage startup or a rigid corporate environment
