BACKGROUND TO THE ROLE : Our client is a global Fintech company funded by some marquee global funds. They are looking to identify an Engineering Leader in India who will report to the global Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The successfully appointed individual will be a senior engineering leader who will be a key member of the global tech leadership team. EXPERIENCE: - 12 to 20 years overall experience in Engineering leadership roles - At Least one stint in very early stage Tech / Internet startup is mandatory - Experience of working with global teams is mandatory - Experience of working with and building Cloud Native products - Experience in Devops SOFTER SKILLS: - Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate tech ideas in simple words to people across levels - Collaborative and someone who low on ego - Someone who cares about building teams - Someone who is conscious of continuous improvement - Someone who can raise the bar continuously and inspire other to do so as well
