Head of Engineering

A global, renowned EPC firm is seeking a dynamic and seasoned Head of Engineering to lead its multi-disciplinary engineering operations. This is a leadership position with end-to-end accountability for detailed engineering, design, commissioning, and proposal activities, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective, and timely project execution across large-scale EPC projects in sectors like Water, Oil & Gas, and Process Industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee all engineering functions including Civil, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, Static, and Rotary equipment.

- Drive timely delivery of detailed engineering solutions and ensure smooth commissioning for project closure.

- Implement and monitor quality, cost, and performance standards to maintain competitive edge in the EPC market.

- Lead discipline-specific knowledge circles to promote continuous improvement, innovation, and value engineering practices.

- Mentor, develop, and retain high-performing engineering teams across multiple locations.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives.

- Oversee outsourcing of design work and ensure adherence to quality and technical standards.

Key Requirements

- Mandatory: EPC industry background with experience in large-scale Water, Oil & Gas, Chemical, or Process industry projects.

- 2022 years of progressive experience in engineering leadership, preferably in top-tier EPC firms.

- Strong track record in detailed engineering, commissioning, proposals, and technical leadership.

- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and deliver large, complex projects on time and within budget.

- Engineering degree (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Instrumentation or related discipline) from a reputed institution.

- Age: 4045 years (preferred).
