Role Overview:

As the Head of Engineering at our cutting-edge autotech startup in Pune, you will be the driving force behind our technology vision and execution. Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the engineering roadmap, aligning it with the company's overall strategic objectives to ensure technological advancements support business growth.

- Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement to maximize team performance and individual development.

- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software and hardware solutions for our autotech products, ensuring high quality, scalability, and reliability for our customers.

- Collaborate with product management and design teams to translate market requirements into technical specifications and actionable development plans, delivering user-centric solutions.

- Manage the engineering budget and resources effectively, optimizing resource allocation to achieve project goals within defined timelines and budget constraints.

- Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, testing, and deployment, ensuring code quality and adherence to industry standards for all engineering projects.

- Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to enhance engineering capabilities and improve product performance, staying ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving autotech landscape.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

- Proven expertise in software development methodologies, architecture, and design patterns, with a strong understanding of scalable systems.

- Deep understanding of automotive technologies, including embedded systems, sensor technologies, and vehicle communication protocols.
