The core responsibilities for the job include the following:
Technology Leadership:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the technology team, ensuring the delivery of innovative and tailor-made project solutions.
- Own the engineering deliverables and P&L for the tech team, driving the product roadmap, evolution, and scaled product architecture.
- Identify and implement technology innovations that enhance competitive edge in the healthcare, fintech, and procurement sectors.
Product Development and Transformation:
- Oversee the complete product life cycle, managing both front-end and back-end development to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Develop and implement scalable and secure product architectures that support multiple product lines (Swasth and Procalyx).
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, leveraging cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and implementing data-driven decision-making.
Team Management and Development:
- Build and mentor a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and tools to meet evolving business and technological demands.
- Adhere to allocated budgets for necessary resource building while keeping abreast of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
Technical Oversight:
- Ensure robust security, compliance, and risk management practices across all technology platforms.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies to guide long-term technology strategy.
Requirements:
- B. Tech/M. Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of software development, architecture, and engineering best practices.
- 15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling technology teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive experience in front-end and back-end development with a comprehensive understanding of the product life cycle.
- Expertise in software architecture, cloud computing, DevOps, and security practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to fintech and healthcare
