Head - Engineering & Maintenance - Corrosive & Hazardous Chemicals

Our client, a globally recognised speciality chemicals organisation, is seeking an experienced Head of Engineering & Maintenance to lead Engineering, Maintenance, Utilities, Projects, Automation, Reliability, Energy Management, and Statutory Compliance for a large integrated chemical manufacturing site.

The role is responsible for ensuring world-class engineering excellence, plant reliability, asset integrity, operational safety, cost optimisation, energy efficiency, and continuous improvement across manufacturing facilities and site infrastructure.

This is a strategic leadership position requiring extensive experience managing maintenance operations in large chemical manufacturing plants, preferably in multinational environments.

Candidate Profile:

Education:

- B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

- 18-30 years of experience in Engineering & Maintenance.

- Must currently be heading Engineering and Maintenance for a large corrosive chemical manufacturing facility.

- Experience in multinational chemical manufacturing organisations is strongly preferred.

- Strong exposure to continuous process plants.
