2. Engineering Leadership : Grow, mentor, and inspire the engineering team, fostering a culture oftechnical excellence, ownership, and innovation

3. Technology Ownership : Build and overseelarge-scale data ingestion pipelines, ensuring 99.99% availability, resilience, and efficiency across distributed systems

4. Data Infrastructure : Drive strategic decisions oncloud infrastructure(AWS/GCP/Azure), containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and observability systems

5. Best Practices : Champion engineering excellence throughCI/CD, test automation, monitoring, incident management, and DevOps practices

6. Risk & Compliance Systems : Implementfraud detection, risk management, and security-first architecture with BFSI-grade compliance (SOC2 ISO, GDPR, RBI guidelines)
