Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and process-driven Head of Engineering with a strong enterprise software background. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading engineering teams to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions in cloud environments. This individual will work closely with company leadership, product management, and customers to define and execute the engineering roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Management:

a. Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

b. Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent.

c. Define and enforce engineering best practices, standards, and processes.

2. Engineering Roadmap & Collaboration:

a. Collaborate with product management and leadership to define and align the engineering roadmap with business goals.

b. Translate product requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

3. Technology Strategy & Development:

a. Architect, design, and oversee the delivery of enterprise-grade solutions in cloud-native environments.

b. Ensure the delivery of multiple solution versions using containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).

c. Drive the adoption of modern technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance product quality and scalability.

4. Cloud Infrastructure & Security:

a. Oversee the deployment and management of solutions on AWS cloud infrastructure.

b. Ensure robust security practices and compliance in all engineering processes.

5. AI and Gen-AI Expertise:

a. Leverage knowledge of AI Agents, LLMs, and Generative AI to enhance product capabilities.

b. Identify and implement AI-driven features and improvements in line with customer needs.

6. Customer Engagement:

a. Collaborate with customers to gather feedback and ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements.

b. Represent the engineering team in customer and partner engagements.

7. UI Development:

a. Guide the team in delivering solutions with modern UI frameworks such as ReactJS and AngularJS.

b. Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.

8. Documentation:

a. Own Documentation Roadmap and Content Strategy for Tuebora

Requirements:

Experience:

- 10+ years in enterprise software engineering, including 5+ years in an Engineering leadership role.

- Proven track record of delivering multiple product versions in containerized environments.

- Experience working with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS cloud infrastructure.

Technical Expertise:

- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including AI Agents, LLMs, and Generative AI.

- Proficiency in front-end development with ReactJS or AngularJS.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of other cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, Azure).
