- Water Industry Experience is Mandatory

- An ideal candidate is the one having experience in the water industry managing large engineering teams min 25 -50 members handling large scale projects. Proficiency in engineering design software Candidate's age must be below 50 years

- Lead and manage the Noida engineering team, ensuring technical excellence and project execution.

- Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Oversee design, development, and implementation of water and wastewater treatment solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

- Ensure timely project delivery, cost control, and risk mitigation.

- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes.

- Manage team performance, training, and development.

- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.

- Engage with clients, vendors, and stakeholders for successful project execution.
