Head of Employee Compliance - Pune (Global Role)

We're hiring a strategic leader to head our Global Employee Compliance function. This is not a routine compliance role. You will shape conduct culture, drive behavioural analytics, and lead automation-led transformation.

Location: Pune (Global remit)

What you'll own:

- Enterprise conduct culture & ethics strategy

- Surveillance, monitoring & behavioural analytics systems

- Conduct Rules | Mandatory Block Leave | Personal Investments & Affiliations

- Controls, governance, and regulatory advisory

- Global team leadership + transformation (automation first)

You bring:

- Senior Employee Compliance / Conduct Risk experience (financial services)

- Deep expertise in surveillance, data-led oversight, and insider risk

- Proven ability to influence senior leadership and partner with HR, Legal, and Business

- A track record of simplifying and automating compliance processes
