Experience : 12+ yrs of progressive experience in Managing the complete technology strategy and Infra Deployment

Education : Bachelor's degree (Pref masters) in electrical engineering or instrumentation, or a related field.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head - Electrical Products & Technology with a background in Electrical or instrumentation Engineering to lead the Technology Strategy & Infra deployment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong experience in shaping product strategies, driving the adoption of transformative technologies at scale and empowering strategic venture investments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Spearheading the strategy, innovation and development of the electrical product portfolio-driving new ideas from concept to reality.

2. Define and implement the organization's technology roadmap aligned with business strategy.

3. Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on the company's products and operations.

4. Oversee design, architecture and delivery of scalable, secure and high-performance products and systems.

5. Collaborate closely with product, operations and business teams to deliver customer centric solutions.

6. Build, mentor and inspire a high performing technology team with strong engineering and innovation culture.

7. Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships and infrastructure investments effectively.

8. Driving Digital interventions to drive performance, cost, and operational efficiency.

9. Strategic Technological partnerships aligning towards global infrastructure evolution for widespread customer adoption

10. To help develop and scale new technological solutions across and enable effective roll-out of new technology adoption at all sites nation-wide.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Hands-on experience in managing Strategic technology partnerships and digital interventions to drive performance

- Strong background in product engineering, systems architecture and digital transformation.

- Demonstrated success in leading large teams, managing complex projects and scaling technology operations.

- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
