- Lead end-to-end development of Electrical Motors, VFDs, Power Inverters, and Control Panels

- Define and execute the technical roadmap aligned with market trends and global standards

- Build and scale high-performing engineering teams across multiple disciplines

- Drive faster time-to-market through agile development and strategic outsourcing

- Ensure high product reliability, performance, and cost optimization

What We're Looking For?

- 18+ years of experience in Electrical Product Development

- Strong expertise in Motors, VFDs, Inverters, and Electrical Panels

- Proven track record in leading large engineering teams

- Hands-on experience in vendor development / outsourced product lifecycle

- Deep understanding of IEC / UL / CE standards and system-level engineering
