Head - EHS & Sustainability (Red Category Industry)

- Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure timely adherence.

- Provide guidance to plants on new and evolving legal norms.

- Conduct risk assessments, safety training, and incident reviews.

- Promote initiatives on energy conservation, waste management, and emission control.

- Track and report environmental KPIs.

- Integrate sustainability into site operations. Assist as necessary in implementation of a hazard communication program and preparation of reports.

- Develop and standardize EHS policies, SOPs, and documentation.

- Coordinate and ensure timely application & procurement of Certificate of Establishment, Consent to Establish, and Consent to Operate (from relevant authorities (SPCB/CPCB, industrial development bodies).

- Maintain end-to-end statutory documentation for environmental clearances, licenses, and consent renewals in a centralized and audit-ready format.

- The person should have sound understanding of unit operations, equipment and the processes used for chemicals process industry

Experience: At-least 20+ years of experience in chemical process industry/ Red Category Industry.
