Job Description:

- Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to achieve business goals in the eyewear segment.

- Oversee the daily operations of the ecommerce platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and promotions to drive traffic and sales.

- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities in the retail sector.

- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners to enhance platform capabilities.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of ecommerce strategies and make data-driven improvements.

- Lead a team of professionals, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and fostering professional development.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in ecommerce operations.

Profile:

A successful Head Ecommerce should have:

- A strong educational background in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

- 10+ years expertise in managing PnL for D2C, ecommerce platforms within the eyewear industry.

- Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive performance improvements.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Knowledge of ecommerce technologies and tools.
