This role is to head Ecommerce / D2C/ Marketplace / Omni Channel business for a Fashion / Lifestyle brand.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 colleges only
- Large Team handling experience is Mandatory
Job Description :
- The role is responsible for driving profitable growth across D2C platforms and marketplace partners (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa Fashion), and other relevant channels),while building a scalable, data-driven consumer acquisition and funnel strategy.
- Own and manage the P&L for E-Commerce, D2C, and Omni-Channel business.
- Define and execute the short-term and long-term growth strategy aligned with overall business objectives
- Build and execute a seamless omni-channel strategy integrating online, offline, and partner ecosystems.
- Own pricing, promotions, and assortment strategy for the D2C channel.
- Track and review key business metrics including revenue, margins, CAC, ROAS, conversion, repeat rate, and contribution margin.
- Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Technology, and Customer Experience teams.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership on digital growth and consumer strategy.
