About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Head of E-Commerce to lead the companys entire online revenue across Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and Quick Commerce platforms such as Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, and Zepto.
This is a P&L-owning leadership role, responsible for scaling digital sales, driving performance marketing, optimizing operations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all online touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow revenue & profitability for both D2C and Quick Commerce channels.
- Build and execute strategies for traffic, conversion, repeat, and retention on the brands website.
- Strengthen partnerships with Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto, and other platforms improving availability, visibility, and sales velocity.
- Lead performance marketing, promotions, and customer acquisition with clear ROI metrics.
- Collaborate with Brand, Supply Chain, and Product teams to ensure stock, pricing, and offer alignment.
- Build and lead a small, high-performing e-commerce team with clear accountability.
- Drive strong analytics track CAC, LTV, repeat rate, ROAS, and channel profitability.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience managing e-commerce revenue (D2C + platforms) in FMCG, Food, or Consumer brands.
- Proven record of owning and scaling e-commerce P&L.
- Deep understanding of Quick Commerce operations and growth levers.
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on exposure to dashboards, digital marketing, and CRO.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
