Head - eCommerce & Quick Commerce - FMCG

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced business leader to head E-Commerce and Quick Commerce operations, preferably from the FMCG industry or allied sectors.

We are seeking a seasoned Ecommerce Head to spearhead our digital growth strategy and oversee end-to-end P&L operations in the fast-paced Gurgaon market. In this leadership capacity, you will act as the primary architect for our online presence, balancing long-term brand equity with the immediate demands of the quick commerce landscape. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders in supply chain, marketing, and product development to ensure seamless execution. Your work will directly influence our market share, customer acquisition costs, and overall profitability, ensuring that our digital storefront remains a market leader in a highly competitive environment.

Key Requirements:

- Proven track record of scaling E-Commerce and Quick Commerce businesses.

- Must have demonstrably grown business revenue from approximately 50 Cr to 200 Cr within 4 - 5 years.

- Strong experience managing platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other relevant marketplaces.

- Experience managing large business P&Ls, driving revenue growth, profitability and market share.

- Expertise in marketplace strategy, category management, pricing, assortment, digital marketing and platform partnerships.

- Experience in leading business expansion and scaling operations.

- Candidates from FMCG, Consumer Goods, D2C or related industries will be preferred.
