Role Overview:

As the Head - Ecommerce & Omni-channel Growth, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of our online and omni-channel initiatives. You will lead a team focused on expanding our online presence, optimizing the customer journey across all touchpoints, and achieving significant revenue growth through digital channels. This role involves close collaboration with marketing, sales, category management, and technology teams to ensure a seamless and integrated customer experience. Your efforts will directly impact our brand's visibility, customer acquisition, and overall market share in the competitive e-commerce landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce and omni-channel strategy aligned with overall business objectives to maximize online sales and profitability.

- Lead the P&L management for the e-commerce channel, ensuring revenue targets are met and costs are effectively managed.

- Drive online marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to increase website traffic and conversion rates.

- Oversee category management and merchandising strategies to optimize product placement and enhance the online shopping experience for customers.

- Analyze e-commerce performance data and provide actionable insights to improve website performance, customer engagement, and sales conversion.

- Collaborate with the brand management team to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all online channels.

- Identify and evaluate new technologies and platforms to enhance the e-commerce and omni-channel capabilities.

- Build and manage a high-performing team of e-commerce professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including technology vendors, marketing agencies, and logistics partners, to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful e-commerce and omni-channel strategies that drive revenue growth and improve customer experience.

- Proven expertise in online marketing, digital marketing, and analytics, with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing best practices.

- Strong P&L management skills, with the ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent category management and brand management skills, with the ability to optimize product placement and ensure consistent brand messaging across all online channels.

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing team.

- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment in Gurgaon/Gurugram.
