About the job
Role Overview
The E-Commerce Head will be responsible for strategizing, leading, and scaling the online business across own website, mobile app, and marketplace platforms. The role demands strong expertise in P&L management, digital growth strategies, merchandising, supply chain alignment, and omni-channel customer experience for the personal care products.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystem, digital marketing, and marketplace management.
- Experience in retail/furniture/home dcor categories preferred.
- Proven track record of P&L management and digital revenue growth.
- Analytical and data-driven decision making.
- Leadership and stakeholder management at CXO levels.
- Experience in handling large-scale omnichannel models.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors / MBA/PGDM in Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
- 8 to 10 years of relevant e-commerce leadership experience in personal care.
