About The Role:

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end operations of our Distribution Center, ensuring seamless inventory management, warehouse operations, quality control, and line-haul logistics. What You'll Do:

- Own and manage end-to-end Distribution Center operations, including inbound, inventory, storage, picking, and dispatch activities.

- Ensure smooth inwarding of goods from vendors and internal transfers while maintaining strict quality control standards.

- Monitor inventory accuracy and drive adherence to FIFO/FEFO processes.

- Oversee stock planning, storage optimization, and inventory health across categories.

- Minimize shrinkage, wastage, and stock discrepancies through effective inventory controls.

- Ensure efficient warehouse space utilization and proper slotting of fast-moving SKUs.

- Manage timely picking, packing, and dispatch operations to support store replenishment requirements.

- Lead daily line-haul planning and execution to ensure on-time deliveries across the network.

- Optimize vehicle utilization, routing efficiency, and transportation costs.

- Monitor logistics performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

- Collaborate closely with Planning, Inventory, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth execution.

- Resolve operational bottlenecks and drive service-level excellence across fulfillment operations.

- Build, lead, and mentor warehouse and logistics teams to achieve operational targets.

- Establish and maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, compliance, and process discipline.

- Drive productivity improvements through data-driven decision-making and operational excellence initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics execution.

- Excellent understanding of supply chain processes, fulfillment operations, and distribution center management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
