Head - Distribution & Collection Centre - Retail

Role Overview :

The Head of Distribution & Collection Centres will own end-to-end physical network operations for the supply chain, covering Distribution Centres (DCs) servicing all categories. The role is responsible for building a scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient DC/CC network as the business grows, with strong ownership of fleet and logistics management, vehicle planning, and on-time delivery performance to stores.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end physical network operations across Distribution Centres (DCs) and Collection Centres (CCs).

- Manage Distribution Centres servicing all categories within the supply chain network.

- Build and manage a scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient DC/CC network to support business growth.

- Drive fleet and logistics management across the distribution network.

- Oversee vehicle planning and utilization.

- Ensure on-time delivery performance to stores.

- Manage logistics and warehouse operations across the network.

- Drive operational efficiency across supply chain and distribution activities.
