Position: Head of Talent Acquisition (TA) / Director
Experience: 12-20 years
Location: Pune
Preferred Background:
- Strong TA leadership experience in global product companies (Amazon, Walmart, Microsoft, Google, etc.).
- Technical grounding with the ability to understand, evaluate, and communicate complex technology concepts to business and global stakeholders.
- Proven ability to design and scale TA strategies across multiple geographies.
- Exposure to GCC setup, transformation projects, or large-scale hiring mandates.
- Strong track record of building diverse and inclusive talent pipelines.
- Prior experience in managing senior stakeholders and presenting talent insights to CxO and Board levels.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute the TA strategy to support growth and client engagements.
- Act as a strategic advisor to global stakeholders, providing insights on talent availability, market intelligence, and best practices.
- Lead workforce planning and forecasting aligned with business and client objectives.
Account & Stakeholder Management:
- Manage 2-3 key accounts, ensuring delivery excellence and long-term partnerships.
- Act as the face of TA for global stakeholders, influencing decision-making and building trust.
- Collaborate with business leaders, HRBPs, and hiring managers to align TA goals with business outcomes.
Operational Excellence:
- Drive high-volume and leadership hiring across technology and functional roles.
- Oversee data-driven recruiting - dashboards, metrics, and predictive analytics to optimize hiring outcomes.
- Leverage technology platforms, AI, and automation to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
Team Building & Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing TA team with strong execution capabilities.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Build capability within the team for niche hiring, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.
Innovation & Employer Branding:
- Position and its clients as employers of choice through targeted branding initiatives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative sourcing models, assessment frameworks, and talent communities.
- Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to create balanced workforce representation.
