- Qualifications : MBA Finance from Tier 1 Institutes preferred & other qualifications will be added advantage Qualified CA, CFA, CFP

- AMFI advisors Certifications or any other qualifications which is required by the job

- Build a team of Wealth Management sales professionals on a pan india scale marketing Mutual Fund, PMS, Direct Equities, Private Equity, Investment banking deals, Real Estate, Alternate investment products, Unlisted, Family Office services like succession planning, wills & Trust planning services, Inheritance etc

- Excellent knowledge across micro, macro economic fundamentals & Financial Planning

- Hire, train, Develop team of seasoned wealth management professionals who can meet given goals without damaging company reputation and ethical standards

- Excellent leader with people management skills, presentation skills and ability to drive business

- Knowledge of managing large P/L business with focus on profitability and low cost

- Clarity of thought and ability to execute plans with time deadlines
