Head / Director - Global Taxation - IT / ITES / Consulting / BFSI - CA - 15+ Years As the Global Tax Head / Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the tax strategy and ensuring compliance with both direct and indirect taxes across all jurisdictions. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, you will lead a dynamic team to manage tax compliance, transfer pricing, tax planning, and other critical tax operations for a global organization with subsidiaries across multiple regions. Role and Responsibilities: 1. Tax Compliance: Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, filings, and reporting across all jurisdictions. 2. Transfer Pricing: Devise and implement transfer pricing policies, ensuring compliance with arm's length pricing. 3. Tax Reporting: Manage tax reporting under Ind AS and US GAAP. 4. Litigation Management: Lead tax dispute resolution and manage direct/indirect tax litigation strategies. 5. Tax Structure: Design tax-efficient entity structures to optimize global tax position. 6. M&A & Restructuring: Provide tax expertise in M&A, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring. 7. SEZ & STPI Compliance: Ensure compliance with SEZ, STPI, and related regulatory frameworks. 8. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a global tax team, working cross-functionally with stakeholders. Requirements: 1. Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification required. 2. Experience: 15+ years in managing direct and indirect taxes for large global organizations, ideally with subsidiaries outside India. Experience in both international tax and transfer pricing is essential. 3. Expertise: Strong knowledge of Transfer Pricing, International Tax, GST, and US GAAP reporting. 4. Geographies: Should have worked across regions. 5. Leadership: Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams. 6. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for senior stakeholder engagement. What is in it for you: 1.
