About the role:

Skillventory - A Leading Talent Research Firm is hiring for a Direct Tax Lead opportunity with a leading financial services organization.

Location: Andheri East

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead corporate income tax operations and tax efficiency initiatives across group entities.

- Oversee direct tax compliances, including tax returns, advance tax, tax audits, withholding tax, and statutory reporting.

- Drive transfer pricing strategy, benchmarking, and documentation.

- Manage direct tax assessments, appeals, and litigation.

- Provide tax advisory on new product structures, cross-border transactions, and intercompany arrangements.

Candidate Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Batch 2011 - 2014).

- 12 - 15+ years of post-qualification experience in Direct Taxation.

- Prior in-house experience with a large corporate organization.

- Strong expertise in transfer pricing, international taxation, and direct tax litigation.
