Qualification: Bachelor's degree Engineering , Plant experience strongly preferred. Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for leading and accomplishing business outcomes through supplier management, cost leadership, innovation and sustainability strategy, effective solutions on materials substitution, development of an external market perspective including inflation forecasting, etc. 2. Understand how to improve the local sources including OEM & trading parts, deliver total cost effectiveness sources. 3. Overall management of the procurement process though building of strong relationships with all suppliers to ensure supply security, quality and service for all raw material, packaging, MRO(Maintenance , Repairs & Operations) and services and small capital spend. 4. Provide leadership in safe working practices, promoting safety/IP awareness and performance for self/team and others in all areas of responsibility to achieve full compliance with site and company standards and guidelines/policy. 5. Flexibility for additional works allocation, Willingness to travel 6. Fluent in English , Excellent office software skill: Word, Excel, Project, Access and Power point. 7. Demonstrated acumen on sourcing management and financial metrics, including cash flow, EBIT and cost reduction 8. Leadership across multiple business segments and facilities, leadership on growing, developing and retaining talent
