About the Opportunity

SEARCH PARTNERZ is delighted to partner with a leading global financial services organisation to hire a senior leader for a high-impact role driving digital transformation and enterprise-wide change.

This role will play a critical part in embedding and scaling digitalisation initiatives across the Asset & Wealth Management business. The incumbent will work closely with Digital Solution Owners, technology teams, and senior business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption, engagement, and measurable business outcomes.

Role Summary

As Head - Digital Transformation & Change Management, you will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive change management and engagement strategies to support large-scale digital initiatives. You will act as the bridge between business, technology, and operations to ensure seamless adoption and sustained value realization.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute enterprise-level change management strategies aligned with digital transformation initiatives

- Drive adoption of digital solutions across Asset & Wealth Management and Investment Operations

- Partner closely with Digital Solution Owners, product teams, and senior business stakeholders

- Lead stakeholder engagement across technology, operations, communications, and commercial teams

- Establish and track key change metrics including adoption rates, time-to-adopt, satisfaction scores, and scale of change

- Build robust feedback loops to continuously improve change effectiveness

- Influence and mobilise senior leadership to champion transformation initiatives

- Ensure change readiness, communication, and training strategies are embedded into delivery programs

Essential Requirements

- 15+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Change Management, and Product Delivery

- Strong background in Global Investment Banking, Asset Management, or Financial Services GCC environments

- Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in change adoption and engagement metrics

- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills

- Ability to influence and engage senior leadership and cross-functional global teams

- Experience leading complex, large-scale transformation programs in a matrixed environment
