Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the overall digital transformation strategy across the organization
- Replace legacy systems with integrated, scalable platforms (ERP, POS, CRM, inventory, etc.)
- Design and implement a fully integrated tech ecosystem across all retail stores and backend operations
- Set up and build the internal IT/digital team, including hiring, structuring, and capability development
- Work alongside an external consultant initially, and eventually take full ownership of the function
- Act as a strong decision-maker aligning tech initiatives with business goals
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives end-to-end
- Hands-on exposure to implementing integrated systems across retail or multi-location businesses
- Prior experience in building and scaling teams from scratch
- Strong understanding of AI-led solutions and digital innovation
- Background in retail industry is highly preferred else others is fine
- Candidates currently in a Project Manager/Program Lead role looking to step up into a Head role may also be considered
- High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in a greenfield, build-from-scratch environment
