Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Lead mapping, implementation, and rollout of customer journeys on digital platforms.
- Reimagine existing journeys to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
- Drive product adoption and engagement across users.
Project Delivery:
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of planned initiatives.
- Track project progress through agile sprints and scrum routines.
- Monitor UAT coverage, defect leakage, and manage change requests effectively.
- Define and track project KPIs and business benefits post go-live.
Training & Capability Building:
- Lead user training and ensure smooth adoption of new platforms.
- Provide continuous support and capability enhancement to business users.
Financial & Process Goals:
- Achieve defined financial targets (revenue, productivity, cost).
- Deliver on non-financial metrics such as TAT and NPS.
Partner & Vendor Management:
- Manage day-to-day interactions with partners and technology vendors.
- Build strong, long-term relationships and explore innovative solutions via POCs.
