Profile Requirements:

Experience : 20-25 years of progressive leadership within the BFSI or NBFC sector.

Leadership : Proven history of managing 200+ member teams and complex vendor ecosystems.

Tech Stack : Expert-level oversight of Cloud (AWS/Azure) and Tier-1 Enterprise Lending Systems.

Education : B.E./B.Tech + MBA from a premier global institution.

KRA :

- Champion cybersecurity and regulatory compliance frameworks (RBI/SEBI standards) to protect sensitive financial assets.

- Modernize data infrastructure (Data Lakes/Warehouses) to drive a culture of evidence-based decision-making.

- Direct cross-functional stakeholders to deliver complex IT projects on time and under budget.

- Strong background in Large-scale ERP/Lending system migrations.

- Automating credit underwriting and enhancing the customer funnel via tech.

- The executive presence to represent the technology function at the Board level.

- Modernize data infrastructure (Data Lakes/Warehouses) to drive a culture of evidence-based decision-making.
