The Head - Digital Partnerships (Lending) is responsible for building, managing, and scaling strategic digital alliances to drive growth in the bank's lending portfolio. This role focuses on identifying and onboarding fintechs, digital platforms, NBFCs, e-commerce players, and other ecosystem partners that can enable origination, distribution, or servicing of retail and MSME loans through digital channels.

Key Objectives:

- Expand lending footprint through digital ecosystems and embedded finance.

- Drive innovation in origination and underwriting via partner platforms.

- Ensure scalable, compliant, and customer-friendly digital lending journeys.

- Build long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships aligned with business goals.

The incumbent will lead the development of co-lending models, embedded finance solutions, API integrations, and digital journeys that enhance customer acquisition, improve underwriting efficiency, and expand reach across segments. The role demands a strong understanding of digital lending, partnership structuring, regulatory frameworks, and technology enablement.

Sr. Key Responsibilities:

1 Partnership Strategy & Development

- Identify and evaluate potential digital partners for lending collaboration.

- Structure partnership models (co-lending, embedded finance, referral, aggregator).

- Negotiate commercial terms, SLAs, and governance frameworks.

2 Product & Journey Design

- Co- create lending products tailored to partner ecosystems (e.g., BNPL, working capital, personal loans).

- Design end-to-end digital journeys for origination, underwriting, and disbursement.

- Ensure frictionless customer experience and compliance with regulatory norms.

3 Technology & Integration

- Work with IT and digital teams to enable API-based integrations with partner platforms.

- Ensure robust data exchange, security, and scalability of digital lending infrastructure.

4 Performance Management

- Monitor partner performance across lead generation, conversion, disbursement, and portfolio quality.

- Drive continuous improvement through data analytics and feedback loops.

5 Risk & Compliance

- Ensure all partnerships adhere to regulatory guidelines (RBI, KYC, data privacy).

- Implement risk controls and early warning systems for partner-originated portfolios.

6 Stakeholder Engagement

- Collaborate with internal teams (credit, legal, operations, product, analytics) for seamless execution.

- Represent the bank in industry forums and partnership discussions.

- Number of Active Digital Partnerships: Reflects the scale and reach of the digital partnership ecosystem.

- Monthly Disbursement Volume via Partners: Core metric for revenue and business growth through partnerships.

- Lead-to-Disbursement Conversion Rate: Indicates quality of leads, effectiveness of digital journeys, and partner engagement.

- Time to Market (TTM) for New Partnerships: Measures agility and execution capability in launching new partnerships.

- Digital Journey Completion Rate: Reflects success in digitization, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

- API Uptime & Integration Success Rate: Critical for ensuring seamless digital operations and partner satisfaction.

- Revenue Contribution from Partnerships: Demonstrates the financial impact and strategic value of the partnership channel.
