Description:
The incumbent will own and drive the end-to-end digital growth strategy for the organization, focused on building awareness, engagement, and a predictable global inbound pipeline. This role will lead digital marketing, marketing operations, creative, and web development functions to accelerate pipeline growth and revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Growth & Strategy:
- Develop and own the global digital marketing strategy across acquisition, engagement, retention, user growth, and brand visibility.
- Drive demand generation initiatives aligned with revenue and pipeline goals.
- Build scalable growth engines for sustained inbound pipeline contribution.
Demand Generation & Performance Marketing:
Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns with hands-on leadership across:
- Paid media (LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic platforms)
SEO / SEM
- Social Media Marketing (organic & paid)
- Email marketing & lifecycle campaigns
- Content-driven growth initiatives
- Optimize CAC, ROAS, and pipeline velocity through continuous experimentation.
Website, CRO & Analytics:
- Lead website strategy and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.
- Own UX, landing pages, lead capture mechanisms, funnels, and performance tracking.
- Use data and insights to improve engagement, conversion, and pipeline quality.
Marketing Operations & Technology:
- Own and manage marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
- Ensure data hygiene, segmentation, lead scoring, attribution, and reporting accuracy.
- Build scalable marketing ops processes to support growth and sales alignment.
Pipeline, ROI & Measurement:
- Define and track key metrics including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, CAC, LTV, and ROI.
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership visibility.
- Optimize MQL-to-SQL conversion in partnership with sales teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Design, Content, and Operations teams to align go-to-market strategies.
- Enable sales with high-quality leads, insights, and campaign-driven opportunities.
- Support product launches, positioning, and messaging.
Team Leadership & Execution:
- Build, manage, and mentor high-performing digital marketing and growth teams.
- Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a startup environment.
- Drive a culture of experimentation, accountability, and results.
Qualification and Experience:
- MBA from Premier institutes with 7-14 years of experience in digital marketing within IT / SaaS organizations.
- Proven success in Series A / Series B funded startups, driving pipeline growth and ROI.
- Strong expertise in SaaS growth marketing, demand generation, and inbound pipeline ownership.
- Hands-on experience across paid search, SEO, SMM, email marketing, and CRO.
- Deep understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics.
- Experience managing teams and delivering results in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
