As the Head of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the company's digital marketing strategies and initiatives. You will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, generate leads, and boost revenue growth. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. - Proven track record of at least 17 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution and at least 7 years in Digital marketing role. - Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and leading a digital marketing team. - In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices. - Experience in planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. - Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Ability to adapt to changing market trends and technologies, and continuously learn and improve digital marketing strategies. - Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
