Specific Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, including brand positioning, target audience segmentation, and marketing campaigns, to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion. - Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management. - The role entails strong digital marketing experience at a global level hence relevant experience is a must. - The job entails managing a high performing marketing team (30 members). - Ownership of user acquisition, engagement & retention through various marketing activities across B2B and B2C brands. - Development of an effective content driven strategy for all B2B and B2C marketing goals - Cultivate and maintain relationships with strategic partners, industry influencers, and key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and explore partnership opportunities. - Experience in developing and executing content strategies and sales enablement, preferably in B2B environment Tools and Technology comfort level: - Exposure to Marketing Automation Tools and CRM platforms such Hubspot, Marketo and/or Saleforce Qualifying Skills: - University degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field - Minimum of 10 years of experience with 5+ years in leadership role - 3+ years' experience of managing a team of marketers (SEO, SMM, Email & Database Marketing, Content developers, Visualization and marketing analytics professionals) - Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus
